This wall has great potential so I'll write my critique about it.
First of all the quality of the brushes is different. The vector is sharp and beautiful and in the brushes some are vectored, some have a leaf-like texture, they don't really blend. Plus the white brushes have low quality, their borders are really jagged. I suggest this site for amazing quality brushes: Brush King.
Next is the background which seems slightly blurry compared to the overall sharpness. I think the texture is at fault for that or the ray brush was overly resized. Lastly the girl has some dark red on her, yet the bg is only blue. A bit of dark red in the bg to make her fit more would be great.
And that's it, love the design so I had to put my 2 cents <3
